These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CallFront's AI-powered phone answering service (the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CallFront provides an AI-powered phone answering service that answers calls on behalf of your business, collects caller information, schedules appointments, and forwards messages according to your configuration. The Service uses artificial intelligence and may not perfectly replicate human interaction.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these Terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws or regulations, to infringe on the rights of others, to transmit harmful or malicious content, to impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation, to interfere with or disrupt the Service, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
You are responsible for configuring the Service appropriately for your business, ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws (including laws regarding call recording and consent), obtaining any necessary consents from callers, and providing accurate business information for the AI to use when answering calls.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
The Service and all related technology, software, and content are owned by CallFront and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and content. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The AI may make mistakes or misunderstand callers. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallFront shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CallFront and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CallFront regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
